Configuring the field selection for Fiori MyTimesheet Application

The SAP Fiori MyTimesheet application uses the standard CATS Data Entry Profile Customizing under Go to SPRO transaction(IMG) -> Cross-Application Components -> Time Sheet -> Specific Settings for CATS regular -> CATS regular  -> Record Working Time -> Define Field Selection.

The two screen groups – Worklist and Data entry section are used for field selection of Suggested List and Manual Entry respectively.

The only two options that are supported by Fiori MyTimesheet application are:

• Input
• Hide

Sample configuration for Data entry section:

    1. Select the option Data entry section

    2. Click on Influencing and enter a Data Entry Profile

    3. Now set the fields you wish to display as Input and all other fields as Hide.

Tip: For better performance configure only the minimal required number of fields as visible (Input).
