Liquidity is the main source of energy for your business and three most important sources for liquidity are:

• Days Payable Outstanding (DPO): The cash you pay to suppliers (outbound)
• Days Sales Outstanding (DSO): The cash you earn from your customers (inbound)
• Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO): The cash which is"frozen" as your inventory
