New Joule Agents : Beta Program Starting December 2025
Two Joule Agents have been introduced with the November release, enabling users to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate content discovery, and enhance user onboarding. These agents leverage agentic AI to help process owners and analysts reduce information overload and focus on decision-making, while new users benefit from a smoother start.
- Process Content Recommender Agent: This agent reasons over thousands of process best practices - both from SAP and custom process models - to answer user questions and provide tailored process content recommendations. For example, a process owner aiming to improve procurement could ask, “How can I improve procurement?” The agent would then deliver a curated list of relevant process models, KPIs, accelerators, and suggested strategies to adopt.

- Workspace Administration Agent: This agent supports faster onboarding for process modeling and process mining analysis by handling administrator requests to enroll multiple users with the correct licenses, roles, and access levels. The agent streamlines the enrollment process, providing immediate and appropriate access so new users and process experts can start engaging with SAP Signavio solutions, while administrative staff can focus on more complex tasks.

Joule : General Availability (GA) in January 2026
Joule in SAP Signavio is set to debut in January 2026 following a successful Early Adopter Care (EAC) program. The initial release will include 40+ selected skills across three primary use cases, with additional capabilities added monthly:
- Informational use cases: Joule acts as an intelligent assistant, helping users understand how to perform specific tasks. Key new features include a page explainer for instant on-screen guidance and the ability to generate textual comparisons of processes.
- Navigational use cases: Joule simplifies content navigation within SAP Signavio Process Intelligence and guides users through the SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub to access assets such as process models, journey models, and value accelerators.
- Transactional use cases: Joule enables users to perform actions conversationally, such as creating and deleting assets within the Process Transformation Suite, including process variants and journey models.
