Spool Troubleshooting:

1) Ping the Printer.

2) Fire the Test print from SAP.

     lpstart -a

Common Errors:

1) SPOOL_INTERNAL_ERROR

2) SPOOL_OVERFLOW

Changing SPOOL Request range number:

The default number range is 100 - 32,000, which can print up to 31,900 requests. We don't see a need to have more than 31,900, still if required we can change.

In Client 000, execute T-Code SNRO ---> SPO_NUM (table) ---> Number Ranges (button) ---> Modify --->change the max limit to desired number.

If we change to a huge number, this leads to slowing down all print requests, and Indirectly database table size going to grow to few GB.
