Overview

 

Salesforce.com integration with your SAP ERP system is becoming a lot easier with the Advantco SFDC Adapter for SAP PI/PO. The SFDC adapter enables you to read data from Salesforce.com and to update your Salesforce.com data with information from your SAP backend systems. The SFDC Adapter is tightly integrated with the Salesforce API and Security Framework, freeing you from these basic tasks like schema generation, code integration and authentication. The Advantco SFDC Adapter supports BULK, SOAP and Streaming API for fast and real-time data retrieval and upload.

Can we transfer the attachments (PDFs) through this SFDC adapter in both the directions i.e from/to SFDC.

no, session management is handled by the adapter, you only need to do the normal mapping tasks.

Hi Peter,

i would like to about SFDC adapter,

1) Is it free of license in SAP PO 7.4?

2) If it is saperate license i would like to know the price.

3) if currently client is running 7.3 single stack, salesforce comming next month in our organization i have suggested SFDC adapter, but client is looking for Jitterbit tool

4) can u give me more information of SFDC adapter?  is it better than jitterbit.

we got new requriement form client like integrating with salesforce to sap.I would like to know following information information of the SFDP Adapter

1 Is it free of license in SAP PO 7.4 or If it is saperate license i would like to know the price.

yes, the Salesforce adapter is available for SAP PO 7.5. In fact, it is available for all version starting PI 7.11.

That means we can do data integration with salesforce and sap PO 7.5 using Advantco SFDC adapter.

Hi

We are planning to use/purchase Salesforce adapter for our SAP PI 7.4 version .  I know Saleforce adapter supports session managment.   But I want to do few things

when I post it to SF Rest based BULK API,  will it does

a) payload chunking

b) create job, batches, close job and read the log information  automatically
