Hello community,since three days offers SAP the new patchlevel 8 of the SAP GUI for Windows 7.40. From the perspective of the SAP GUI Scripting there has been some small addtions in comparisation to the patchlevel 7:

  • To the enumeration GuiMagicDispIDs the constants
    GuiDispIDSBServiceReq = 32751
    GuiDispIDSBSuppMessage = 32752
    has been added.

  • To the class GuiStatusBar the methods
    ServiceRequestClick()
    CreateSupportMessageClick()
    has been added.

Hello community,

since four days offers SAP the new patchlevel 9 of the SAP GUI for Windows 7.40. From the perspective of the SAP GUI Scripting there has been some small addtions in comparisation to the patchlevel 8:

  • To the GuiComboBoxControl and GuiInputBoxControl the property FindButtonActivated has been added.
  • The size of the library is grown up to 2.024.440 bytes.

since a few hours offers SAP the new patchlevel 10 of the SAP GUI for Windows 7.40. From the perspective of the SAP GUI Scripting nothing has changed.

  • The size of the library is grown up to 2.030.072 bytes.

since four days offers SAP the Hotfix 1 for the Patchlevel 10 of the SAP GUI for Windows. an. The SAP GUI Scripting is not affected.


The following components have been changed:
SAPfewui.dll = SAP GUI User Interface Manager
SAPfewut.dll = Core SAP GUI Routines
SAPfront.dll = SAP Front End for Windows
sapguirm32.dll = SAP Component Library
saplgnui.dll = SAP Logon UI
saplgpad.exe = SAP Logon Pad for Windows
saplogon.exe = SAP Logon for Windows
SAPpcfvd.dll = SAP Front End Version Dialog
sapsettings.ocx = SAP GUI Settings Dialog
