Jumpstart your SAP RISE Project with SAP Cloud ALM

For a SAP RISE project, SAP Cloud ALM offers many accelerators that you can use out of the box to set up your project. In this blog post I would like to describe how to get started.

1. Create a Project by using SAP Activate Roadmap

• Choose the SAP Activate Roadmap "RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition - Implementation"

2. Create a Scope and choose the Solution Scenarios

• Create a Scope and choose the relevant Solution Scenarios

3. Review the proposed roadmap tasks

• Check the standard tasks, create additional ones or delete unnecessary ones

4. Review the Quality Gates

• Check the predefined Quality Gates and schedule them for the right timebox
• Create additional Quality Qates with Checklists

5. Additional functionalities

Use other desired functions such as Requirements Management, Test Management, Release Management, etc.
