issue is user getting multiple pop ups while printing Invoices collectively as shown below.

As a work around, create a new Output Device with the following settings and ask the user to use that device instead of LOCL.

• The highlighted checkbox below must be selected when you configure new Output Device
• User must have already set the required Windows printer as Default.

Important: Do not modify the existing Output Device LOCL

If this didn’t help,  SAP Note 85318 - Appending documents to existing spool requests  has another Workaround.
