I have designed one splash screen for SAP ADT (on Eclipse). You can use it if you want and I hope you like it! Thanks!
You can just replace the splash.bmp in folder ... eclipse\plugins\org.eclipse.epp.package.common_4XYZ....
I cannot add it here, as it is a BMP image but it looks like below.
