Cross-tab with top-left corners

As we all see that cross-tab have a little disadvantage in the top-left corner.

Now to the key point, I have 3 solutions to draw to corner.

1. Insert a picture into the corner. 

   You need to draw a table in word, and screen to a picture, and then insert.

2, Insert a OLE Object.(Highly recommned)

    Same as step1, you need to draw a table in word, and save it to local disk.

    Then Insert an OLE Object.

3.Manually draw a horizontal and vertical line, but you can't draw oblique line in CR.

   Then insert a textbox like below.

Ok, that's all.

Seems Solution2 is the best one. 
