Hello experts!

We have connected the SCT with the SFM. Now we wanted to import the CO2e Emissions from the SFM but it says that there is no data available. But there definitely is. Also, the period has been set on Reviewed.

Am I missing something?

Thank you!

You would need to fulfill all requirements to have the data show up here:

https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_SUS_SCT/351dea6ee9e343ffae825153b95671d6/f383885610f34303abf66c1bd8897...

  • Configure the destination in your SAP BTP subaccount for SAP Sustainability Control Tower with the URL and credentials from the SAP Sustainability Footprint Management service instance.
  • Maintain the plants you have stored in SAP Sustainability Footprint Management as business locations in SAP Sustainability Control Tower. For more information on business locations, see Concepts.
  • Make the footprints available for external communication in SAP Sustainability Footprint Management. To do so, see Integrating with SAP Sustainability Control Tower.

Hi, thanks for the reply.

We did that.

  • The configuration must be right since it states "Connected", right?
  • The plants are maintained in SCT.
  • We also made the footprints available by setting the status on "Reviewed".

So I really don't know what else is missing.

Yes, I would also assume the connection is working and it is only a data issue.

Did you do the settings int he Manage Footprint Communication app?

Yes, I did:

  • select the footprint inventory scope,
  • specify the calculation variant,
  • and reviews the calculated footprint inventory. (see screenshot from fist post)

Hmm, then I am running out of ideas. I would open a ticket on this.
