SAP SFM Destination for SAP SCT

When I try to import data from SAP SFM for the CO2e Emission indicator the message is the following "The SAP S/4HANA source system could not be reached. Create the target SAP_SCT_S4H in the SAP BTP subaccount."

This is correct? Is the destination the same as for S/4HANA?

Is there any guide to connect SAP SFM to SCT?
