Hello all,
I am in the process of uploading the test data (Master Data and Actuals/Targets) in the SCT and making it visible. Within the KPI overview it is shown that data has been uploaded.
However, when I display the tiles, I cannot see any values. Also within the objectives basically no values are shown. However, there are 2 additional exceptions:
"Level of CEO compensation" is displayed in the overview as well as within the ambitions.
For "Share of Women in Governance Body" no values are displayed within the tile, but within the ambitions.
Neither KPI has a hierarchy, so I wonder if there is a general problem there for the other KPIs. I actually uploaded the demo data untouched. Do the hierarchies still need to be enabled? I can't find any information on this unfortunately.
(I'm using version 2022.12)

was a snapshot of org structures created? This is one of the SCT Customer Configuration steps (see the picture of Help below). Missing that step is causing that data are not shown in Our Ambition and in Compare page. In 2022.12 version, tiles show values for previous period depending on the time granularity (M/Q/Y) used in data.
Share of Women in Governance Body - month granularity is used. From your picture, I can see that there are data only for December 2022 for this metric. As data for January 2023 are missing, the tiles shows 0.
We are planning to change this functionality in the upcoming release so tiles show name of the period and value for last period for which data were imported.
