New Manage Master Data - SAP Sustainability Control Tower

Hello!!

In the latest update of SAP Sustanability Control Tower in March, an application called "Manage Master Data" has been added. I have one instance in the Europe region and another instance in the US region. The US instance throws "Internal Error" when I try to import data. The instance in the Europe region imports data but takes a long time to load (sometimes more than half an hour and I have even been blocked for a whole day)

Does anyone know anything about these problems?

Dear Lucia,

Regarding US10 data center – you are absolutely right, it seems that platform has an issue with Object store in this data center, we have to investigate and fix (together with platform team). Second point (performance of upload) depends on volume of data which is being imported – we need to investigate in your tenant. Can you please create new ticket to SAP support and we will take over and analyze? Thank you.
