How to access SAP Product Footprint from trial version?

I tried this but unable to register for trial account

SAP Product Footprint Management is only available for the Region Europe (Netherlands) under Microsoft Azure. But when we create a trial account this region is not available .

nicowottke Thanks for the reply. I am trying to activate S/4 HANA cloud trial as well but I am getting the error message saying your information being reviewed. But not getting any registration emails or communications from SAP.

Its been 2 weeks nicowottke , Did not get any email from SAP. just want to give it a try before we proceed to buy the license. Tried with 3-4 S-user id's unfortunately no luck.
