Hi, I am an SAP EHS consultant and have also worked on SAP Sustainability products like Carbon Impact and Environmental Compliance, both of which were used for calculating carbon emissions. Am curious to know the similarities and differences between SAP Product Carbon Footprint Analytics and SAP Carbon Impact.

Hi Shweta, it is my understanding that the SAP Carbon Impact product is not sold anymore. For Carbon Emission we have 2 products right now. Product Carbon Footprint as part of Climate 21 focuses on the carbon footprint of a product a company produces. It considers Scope 1,2 and 3 items relevant to calculate the carbon footprint of a product. Examples are raw materials and electricity consumed during production. In addition there is Emissions management from the EHS portfolio, which looks more from a generic Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions reporting perspective with potential shop floor integration via MII.
I hope that answers your question

Hello Shweta,
maybe interesting for you: Since I had discussions with consultants in may ways regarding the products and overall context, I made a little video of the solution landscape that might be helpful.
