A career in SAP Carbon Impact

I'm a Business Objects developer, but i'm interested in learning something new.

What is the technology behind Carbon Impact, is it something that a BO developer can also get in.

Not able to find much materials around it in SAP market place.

Carbon Impact is a web-based, host application.
