ZVL014 ERROR

Post EAAR process the OBD is getting generated and i found this is stucked in smq2 for the below reason:

Please help to resolve the same.

you don't like to give much infos, do you?

Based on what you posted (im not sure if you uploaded a jpg because i cant see it..) you should ask help to your basis team
