We have an eWM delivery for which zero picking is happening automatically at the time of eWM delivery creation.
Can you please let us know the root cause.

Maybe your system customized as following:
1. Automatically create pick WTs when ODO is created
2. Active Pick denial with adjust ODO if WTs are not created
