Zero Delivery OBD still showing in Open for Billing

Hello Team ,

Nee your help on the issue. We have made a delivery zero in EWM and same is replicated to S/4 also with Zero Qty.

The GM status is marked as completed. However , Billing status is still open. Can you please suggest on why we are having this issue.

Sales Item category need to change from A to H. Its common issue.example
