ZC13 Sales order type generated from a quality notification QM02

Hi guys, i need to put on stock material that comes from customer from a quality notification for customer claim Z1. I was thinking of generating a sales order with type ZC13 Do you know how to do it? ewm is embedded in s4/hana in this case
