XML didn't generate while tendering (Broadcast) to multiple carrier under carrier ranking

Dear Experts,

I am facing an issue where in when i doing tendering (Broadcast) to multiple carrier in ranking list , RFQ generates but xml are not generating.

While XML is generate when i assign a carrier to freight order and then press on "Send to carrier"

Your guidance will be highly appreciated.

Hi Gautam,

XML message from Freight Order after assignment of carrier - TransportationOrderRequest_Out is different than sending RFQ details to carrier - TransportationOrderQuotationCreateRequest_Out.

Kindly check XML interface is active for message - TransportationOrderQuotationCreateRequest_Out.

If working, are you facing this issue only in Broadcast tendering not in Peer-to-peer?

Thanks for your quick response , Karthikeyan.

Its working in Peer to peer -Direct tendering , send freight order directly . But here when i stop tendering , Cancelled XML not generated.

Its not wroking in either Peer to peer -RFQ based, Award manually & in Broadcast -RFQ bases, award manually.

Could you please guide on how to check if TransportationOrderQuotationCreateRequest_Out is active.

You may already have this fixed by now, but to know if the interface is active.

You can review the SRT_MONI function and look up the Interface name in Sender section.

If there is XML log in there and if you are using a middleware like PI/PO or CPI, check with them if they have the interface active on their end as well
