Workflow Setup in IBP to track approvals of S&OP

Dears,

We need to setup the workflow in IBP for different stakeholders approving the numbers updated by their reportees. Is there a way to achieve this.

Yes, JAM Collaboration along with process management template would work provided you have the required license.

I am assuming it is forecast numbers then you could setup a process as below. Although process does not allow approvals, but it does makes things more organized to facilitate review and collaboration within IBP.

1. Reportee enters the forecast in a keyfigure editable for them. (lets call that as a Reportee Forecast)
2. Reporter Forecast equals Resultant Sales Forecast.
3. S&OP Manager reviews Resultant Sales Forecast, and make adjustments wherever required. The adjustments are done by entering the Forecast Overrides in a keyfigure which is editable only for them. (lets call that as a Sales Executive Forecast)
4. Resultant Sales Forecast equals Sales Executive Forecast if it exist, OR else it equals Reportee Forecast.
5. Resultant Sales Forecast can be further used as an input to Consensus Forecast.
