Hi Experts,
We are trying to send Service call or Activity based on Workcenter to FSM Cloud. However, we are getting only Exclusion option in Dialog Structure( Image 1) instead of Dialog Structure(Image 2) when we are using the T Code (/PACG/ECM_SCTD_WCE).
Could you please suggest how to include the Inclusion option for Workcenter, so as to send the Service call or Activity to the FSM Cloud based on Workcenter.
