Workaround for PP/DS solution missing on S/4 HANA (Public) Cloud

Hello colleagues,

I would appreciate your feedback for one of the real issues we are facing with the customer.

Coming from an on-premise ECC environment which is highly reliant on PP/DS functionalities; our customer is moving towards S/4 HANA (Public) Cloud and one of the many pain points are the critical detailed planning capabilities that are further required in their business.

The standard offerings and best practices from S/4 HANA (Public) Cloud are not enough; is there any workaround or alternative approach/solution to this issue? I was thinking of the possible integration with IBP? Do you have any insights on this topic?

I checked but could find no workaround or mention of planned functionality for Advanced Planning on the S/4HANA Cloud Roadmap

Please raise a feature request by following the KBA 2963059 ( https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2963059 )

if you would like it included in a future release
