Work order numerator length

How long is the work orders (production)?

Can i have a numerator of 5 digits only? With 3 leading 0? Ie- starts with 00010001 and ends with 00099999?

Yes you can have it. It depends upon the number range interval defined in transaction CO82 and production order type assignment to the number range group.
