Work Manager is working on laptop but not working on android

Hi,

We are unable to open work manager in android tab.

Getting communication error (14)

But at the same time it is working on Laptop

In last month we were able to open in and android with same smp certificate.

What will be affecting it ?

Which settings i should check and from where?

It would be very helpful i we can do this by screen sharing session.

The certificate validity rules can differ between platforms. One example is the validity period which differs between platforms.

I would double-check all the settings for your server certificate generation. Otherwise I suggest you log a support ticket for a detailed analysis.
