Hi,
We are unable to open work manager in android tab.
Getting communication error (14)
But at the same time it is working on Laptop
In last month we were able to open in and android with same smp certificate.
What will be affecting it ?

The certificate validity rules can differ between platforms. One example is the validity period which differs between platforms.
I would double-check all the settings for your server certificate generation. Otherwise I suggest you log a support ticket for a detailed analysis.
