Work Manager 6.4.1 with ESRI network error message

I use SMP SDK 3.0 SP15 PL13 to generate a WORK MANAGER iOS client, integrated with ESRI SDK 10.2.4, xCode 8.3.

After generating the IPA and install it on my iPhone 7 device(iOS 10.2.1), the initial sync with SMP server is successful. But when I open the location tab, an error message appear to me.

I have enabled the WLAN usage in my device for this app. Can any one let me know what is the root cause of this issue?

I believe there was an issue with the ESRI component with how it attempts to confirm network connectivity. If I recall correctly it was trying to hit a specific website that when accessing from a non-US location would not correctly connect. I think the domain name changed when outside the US. If you have the ability to connect to a North America VPN location and try to see if that works it would help confirm if that was the problem or not.

Is there any restriction on your VPN network? It is possible that it is not allow to access the internet.

Hi Jean,

Please verify settings->Privacy->Location Services(Check for Agentry Application) are activated in your iPhone.

Hi Polu,

Yes, I have manually activate the location service for this Agentry Application. I Set the Location Service Enabled for this application while using.
