Work Center/Resource - Time fields format issue

I'm trying to load work center through Migration cockpit template. In the process, facing some issue for one of the fields in the sheet i.e, Finish date

I'm passing the value as 24:00:00 in the file and when I'm trying to upload the file in MC it is showing the below error:

Cannot convert field 'Finish date' value 24:00:00 type to Time format.

So, can anyone suggest some inputs to resolve this issue.
