Hi all,
we have following requirement:
In our warehouse we have three pallets with one material. the defined full pallet qty is 15.
pallet 1: 5 pc; pallet 2: 10 pc; pallet 3: 6pc.
Now we would like to supply the material to the production and would like to separate the WO's. One WOCR for partial removals and one WOCR for full pallets. We defined a filter rule with only full pallets and one with no full pallets.
The production need 17 pc. We get three WT's
1. WT: pallet 5
2. WT: pallet 10
3. WT: pallet 2
but the three WT's are only assigned to one WO. But our expectation was that we get two WO's. One WO with WT 1 + WT 2 and one WO with WT 3.
The "whole pallet indicator" in the WT is set by the system, therefore I thought we have a "Full pallet".
Is the filter rule only for "full pallets" which meets the qty in our packaging specification or means "full pallet" we move a whole HU?
Thanks
Regards
Daniel
Request clarification before answering.
Now I have the answer!
The function "full pallet" in the WOCR works only when you set the WPT control f. HU PICK = 1 (propose Source HU as Destination HU). But be aware the indicator exist on WPT level and storage type level. The setting in the storage type level over control the WPT setting.
Finally you must have a destination HU in your WT, then the WOCR works.

Daniel
