WO creation rule as "DEF” and activity area is empty

I found that some WT's activity area is empty and the WO creation rule is "DEF".I checked that the putaway control Ind of the product and the storage type of the bin

...probably the WO creation rule is DEF because the AA area is empty.

An option that you have is to assign an AA to the bin and maintain the determination of a valid WOCR in customizing based on this AA.
