With start change historical reason codes

Hello,

we activate change historie in a pa.

After this the user get always a message with reason coedes.

Can I switch off the reaosn codes with activated "change historie" ?

Hi Oliver,

There is a global configuration parameter - SUPPRESS_RC_COMMENT. Maintain value TRUE and give it a try.

Hi Oliver, as far as I know, this is not possible.

Even if you remove all of your reason codes at "Reason Codes Model Configuration" APP it'll still pop-up the screen.
