Why TM creates a client who does not exist in ECC?

Good morning,

I don't understand why I created a delivery in ECC with a destination location, but in SAP TM, that delivery has another destination location that does not exist in SAP ECC.

Check out in images.

Delivery in ECC. Destination location 1032

Delivery in Sap Transportation Management. Destination location 480

Thanks for your help.

Regards,

This could be because TM has created a one time location.  Check the address in table /SCMTMS/LOC and see if field OSTA_FLAG is X.

TM will create one time addresses if the location has not previously been sent from ECC via the CIF, or if there is a change to the address.

For more details on one time locations, see the

Thanks for your help. But I don't understand what can I do to see the correct destination location in SAP TM. The destination location has previously been sent from ECC vis the CIF.  Thanks, Ginny

Hi Ginny,

Check the business system specified in location master data.

Also if the address is changed in ECC, it will result in OTL in SAP TM.

You can select the Address checkbox under basic customizing  of SAP transportation- which will check the addresses before creating an OTL location.

Best Regards

Nitesh

As mentioned in above replies, this may be because of the one-time location.

Check whether the address of Ship-to party is changed in delivery document in ECC directly/manually. If NO, CIF the Ship-to-party again to TM and try again
