why there is erro message vl198 show up when i post a delivery succeed in EWM

I finshed pick in scwm/prdo and goods issue succeed .but when i chek this delivery in vl03n ,it is not succeed,then i found that message in smq2,'Item 900010: Only 0 ST from material 1101006447 are available',but in MD04,the avilable stock is enough，why can not dilivery the document?

Please do not check in md04. Check in co09 and ensure whatever plant is there in sale order is showing in co09 also

This batch Ineed is enough as you can see

1- Please check the stock allocation status in CO09

2- Check the batch status- It should not be in restricted batch . I hope so.

3- Do you have any special stock indicator for the delivery position? sales order stock etc.?

4- Cross check if stock situation is matching in both EWM and ECC.
