why the outbound delivery was created without the prepack ?

Hi All,

Could you please help me to know why the outbound delivery was created without the prepack ?

I am trying to move 1 prepack from my warehouse (WH11) to my store (ST12). The STO is process is:

- create STO

- create outbound delivery

- send outbound delivery down to the supply warehouse so they can pick the goods

- goods are shipped, post PGI

- inbound delivery created to destination location

- goods receipt at destination

I am stuck on the PGI, but in reality it is a problem with the outbound delivery. If you look at my outbound delivery (VL03N) you can see that it is no longer showing the prepack article, only the components. I would like to know why the outbound delivery was created without the prepack.
