The GR was registered on purchase order in December 2017 and now, in 2018, it's required to reverse it. I would like to clarify me the following:
1) Should be available budget on year 2018 in order to allow the reversal of GR? (I mean..the GR was registered in 2017, but the system calculate if there is budget on 2018 because you are doing the activity in 2018? and if yes, if there is no budget on 2018 could be another solution beside the increasing?);
2) During registration/reversal of GR there should be inserted always as posting date the current day? Or could be some exceptions: it's possible for the system to allow the canceling of GR with a posting date from 2017? (close to the one of the registration)
