Why is my WT split into two positions?

Hello everyone,

could someone explain to me why the WT is split into two positions? Where can I turn it off as it makes the queue determination way more difficult.

As you can see in position one is the bin where its taken from. In Position two there is the bin where it's taken to. The Ressource stays the same all the time.

Thanks for your help.

Could you have used a RF while approving warehouse orders? Because when the RF is used, the system behaves as follows.

1- From the source storage bin to the RF user (resource)

2- From the RF terminal user to the destination storage bin

If you confirmed warehouse task from the mon screen, it would appear as a single line.

Oh okay thanks! Yes we used ITS Mobile. Does the same thing happen with the /rfui transaction?

Hello,

judging by visible fields in the screenshots, your warehouse task is not split but confirmed via resource.

First item: Movement from bin to resource

second item: movement from resource to destination bin
