While doing Inventory Optimization no impact on recommended safety stock key figure

I am working on a Unified planning area . While doing Inventory Optimization, my observation is that there is no impact on recommended safety stock key figure , if I am doing some changes in Transportation Lead time/Transportation Lead time error cv key figure. Whereas recommended safety stock should be changed with changes in

Transportation Lead time/Transportation Lead time error cv key figure.

Please suggest what changes are needed to resolve this.

Inventory optimization - Recommended Safety Stock will effect with the below parameters.

1. FORECASTERRORCV

2. PBR (Periods Between Replenishment)

3. INVENTORYHOLDINGCOSTRARE

4. TLEADTIME

5. PLEADTIME

Can you change other parameters values and run the IO and check recommended safety stock getting chnage.
