Which SAP course should bring me to Tech Company jobs given my experience in Manufacturing industry

i am currently wanting to go back to work in the SAP field. i have worked in core manufacturing roles, Production Planning and Control. I was PPC department head with more than 5 years experience. During this tenure I worked with SAP PP, MM, SD as Key user. I have worked in Supply Chain function during all these years.

Currently I am working as Digital Transformation Projects manager. This is my journey for past 17 years.

I have not done anything for SAP programming. what would you suggest as an expert? what should i do to join back in SAP jobs? I am currently living in Pune. I am 2008 SAP certified consultant in SAP NetWeaver '04 - Application Development Focus ABAP Software Components: SAP Web AS 6.40; but with no hands-on experience. In 2008 I did not get Any job even with SAP ABAP/4 Certification as I lacked experience and no recommendations to pick me up in tech companies.
