where I can maintain the Credit Representative Group

Hello All,

I was trying to find where the Credit Representative Group in S/4 HANA.I find you must create the credit analyst group, and assign Credit Representative Group to credit analyst group.

But I dont konw when I create a BP as credit analyst group ,which role should I choose.AND,when I create credit analyst group,how link to customer BP.

Can someone throw some light on this missing link which I am trying to find? Which role should I choose?

Hi Henry,

Assuming that your client's FSCM credit management is DCD relevant.
Concerning credit representative group, it is now replaced by the credit analyst group.
Based on IMG path below,
(i) you need to first define the BP group as master data
(ii) assign created BP groups based on credit control area of credit representative group was in.
>> Be careful not to have this (point#i) created in golden client just because it has to be assigned in next configuration!! Ask basis to open client so that you can maintain it in sandbox/quality/prod client directly. Treat this as redbook activities.

When this is exist in the intended client, in BP to create linkage between Credit Analyst Group & Credit Analyst.
Then open credit account in UKM_BP (change mode) > Relationship, using relationship category TUKMSBG, assign the credit analyst group to BP.
