Hi all,
where can I see filled out checklist from the technician in the App in FSM as dispatcher?
I don't find it...
Thanks!
Best regards
Deborah

Hi All,
Seeing the checklists as a dispatcher is possible from the web.
Navigate to your activity in the planning board, go to the Smartforms section in the sidebar, click on the 3-dot menu and select "Show Details".
This will navigate you to the Smartforms Web Client - if the Smartform is not close yet you can even pre-fill some data for the technician.

Hi Deborah,
Tables and series were only recently added as a feature to the web client.
You can see them by enabling the preview program you can see here how to enable it https://help.sap.com/viewer/fsm_general_information/Cloud/en-US/release-strategy-preview-program.htm...

Hello vskumar ,
my question is, where do I see the checklist as dispatcher in the workforce manager (on the PC, not in the app - in the app i see the checklists)?
I had as well a look in the screen configurations but didn't find the place where to insert it...
Thanks, Deborah

Hi MJ,
we did solve this with generating a PDF through the checklist form via a Business Rule. So after the technician has closed the checklist the business rules generates a PDF and does attach it to the activity. The attachments are visible for dispatcher in the workforce manager.
The business rule is not that complex. If you want to, I can show you 😉

Hi Deborah,
Thanks you. This we already have in place.
We would like a menu option: Checklists, in which we can see all the (partially) filled out checklists in one overview list.
This function the service engineers have on their phone and we would like the same for the despatcher.

There is an influence.

hello,
Do you want to see it in App ( Mobile) or in Planning Board?
If it is in Planning board, you will be able to see it in Activities--Under Checklist ( depends on the Version of Planning board)
