What is the FIFO calculation when EWM automatically creates warehouse tasks?

Hello experts, we only enabled EWM management in the finished product warehouse, the workshop will send the finished product to the warehouse there will be an inbound operation, it is possible that a product will be produced in several workshops, and the batch of the product is automatically generated according to the order completion date,so the GR DATE and the batch maybe different orders, the removal strategy chooses FIFO,when I press the "creat+save" the warehouse task, the system will creat it in which data?

Hello,

First of all I don't understand what is need for you to go for batch management.

If you only need to sort the quants based on FIFO then quant GR date will be sufficient for you.

Also, you need to provide more details regarding how the FG are getting produced during workshops.

If your FG warehouse is EWM then GR date will be updated in the quants.

You need to provide details how are you moving the parts from FG to warehouses.

Landscape will be helpful to think about the solution, like different warehouses for FG and warehuses in one embedded EWM, or something else?
