Hi experts.

What is stored and calculated KF's role?

If I changed the value of that manually, that shows the changed value or calculated value?

And what situation stored and calculated KF is needed in?

Best regards

Shun

Hi Shun,

Stored key figure indicates a key figure in which data is stored at a defined base planning level. The stored key figure means its value is stored in the database table directly. Key figures in which values are always calculated based on user-defined formulae (for example, Revenue = Qty * Price).

While loading the key figure data in planning view, the stored key figure is read from the backend table directly. But the calculated key figure value is calculated while loading in the planning view.
