what is RCC_CUST error in SAP TM system?

When are you getting this error? I think RCC_CUST is related to optimizer.

Hi,

Its related to optimiser and from the log file of the optimiser the details can be found out. Also check if RFC set up is there with the below enclsoed applications:

TVSS,TVSR, TVSO,TVRG, TSPS AND IF required MILP.

i checked the rfc connection as u mentioned for application,getting error hostname unknkown

This means the RFC is not set up in SM59.Inform your basis team to look into this

Please add some additional information including the actual error message and what version of TM you are asking about.
