Hello ashfaq.ali02
The area and sub area that you see in the application logs are primarliy used as a catagory and sub category identifier for SAP support and for internal analysis by SAP. SAP IBP has multiple modules / features / functionalitles which is categorized into different area / sub area or category / sub category. This helps SAP to identify the framework under which an issue has occured and based on that they can route that issue to the respective development team or SME. This is one of the use offor which Area -----------------------Sub Area exists. Thier are other reasons as well but those are not relevant for discussion here.
For example lets say you are trying to activate a PA which is throwing some exception error, becuase the issue that has happened in not in the list of common occuring issues agaisnt which you get error code and probabale solution approach. For exception based issues when we report to SAP with the activation log then those Area -----------------------Sub Area helps too identify whch submodule or function group is giving that error and hence they can focus on the particular area for finding the root cause.
for functional side this Area -----------------------Sub Area doesnt have any direct relevance, other than reporting issues to SAP and mentioning the Area -----------------------Sub Area where the issue occured. Hence thier is no documentation available publically as this are SAP internal.
Hope this clarifies your point.
