You may have to provide more information as to what would be the activities being carried out in that Distribution Center. It is also not clear for which country / state, this requirement is to be mapped, as a lot depends from statutory and legal point of view.
From sales perspective, you need to extend that Distribution Center to sales area. Of course, it is also linked to storage location assignment.
