Hello,
In PPDS, the resources used in a planned or production order determine how an order is scheduled, please check resource calendar and capacity available on weekend.
In /SAPAPO/RES01, enter the resource and select 'Tools - Livecache check' in the menu.
Execute the check and click on the time stream Id.The time offer in the time zone UTC is displayed. The time offer must tally with the plant calendar.
Also did you test planning calendar?
Best Regards,

Hello,
In location master /SAPAPO/LOC3 you have a Production Calendar is used to schedule production activities. The production calendar (in case of in-house production) or receiving calendar (in case of external procurement)
Create a time stream id in /SAPAPO/CALENDAR with period as Week (Weekdays)
Monday 7AM to Next Week Monday 6:59 then generate the period and then assign this to location master.
Make sure resource factory calendar and time stream factory calendar should be same.

Hello,
Thats correct, week should have 7 days only may be you can use shift in that case.

The try to schedule planned orders weekly basis.
Or you can try planning calendar define, in the Product Master (transaction /SAPAPO/MAT1) in Lot-Size tab, that periodic lot-sizing procedure with Period Type 'K' - 'Planning Calendar'
Use Period Factor flag and period factor can be used to defined availability date.
Please refer useful SAP help link on it.
