Web planning view app not found in IBP 1908

Dear experts,

My system version is 1908 OD7(I found it by HELP button and message history in excel add-in message history) , but I can't find app “Web planning view”, I think I have all authorities.

Hi,

The name of the fiori app is "Web-Based Planning". By default, it is listed under "General Planner" group. Also, make sure the business role assigned to you has SAP_IBP_BC_WBP_PC catalog added in it.

I don't have the authority management app, so I am try to contact with our company system admin to get the new app in 1908 version, thank you!
