Warehouse Picking by 2 workers

Hi Guru's ,
In a Warehouse , a worker lifted the product from a high rack ST and handed over to another worker.

How will we configure this case in EWM system.

If the activity area is different then use PICK-PACK-PASS process. meaning picking form one area by one picker, and upon completion next subsequent WO will open for picking and the other worker take the Hu and complete it.

Is this related to the internal process or the picking process? If it's for the picking process, you can utilize wave management or 2 step picking.

Hi,

You have three options to achieve this:

1. 2-Step Picking
2. Pick-Pack-Pass Process in EWM
3. Apply LOSC (if it’s the usual or standard process in warehouse)
