Warehouse Insight Integration with EWM

I am trying to integrate Warehouse insight with EWM. But I do not see the OData V4Service groups API_WAREHOUSE_RESOURCE_2 and API_WAREHOUSE_ORDER_TASK_2 in backend EWM system. Also SAP Warehouse Insights Integration node under EWM customization "Interfaces ->SAP Warehouse Insights Integration->Enable SAP Warehouse Insights Integration"

Anyone can advice what will be the issue here.

Appreciate you comment,
I have gone through this link what you have shared already. Also applied all the notes SAP suggested since our S4HANA is On premise 1909 release. Still I have the issue so that is why I posted this to get expert advice.
Our Warehouse Insight instance is already working fine when we upload data manually. I want to try Live optimization with OData services that is where the issue of OData service groups missing.

my first suspicion would be that you do not have the required software release? Or are missing the required notes?
